CONVERSION OF CELLULOSE TO POLYHYDROAL ALCOHOLS IN WATER: A REVIEW OF CATALYSTS

Целлюлоза - самый распространённый биополимер на Земле. Данный ресурс возобновляем, не имеет пищевой ценности для человека и ежегодно синтезируется в природе огромных масштабах, способных полностью удовлетворить потребности сырье современной химической топливной промышленности. Благодаря наличию структуре целлюлозы большого количества гидроксильных групп, одними из самых оптимальных вариантов её конверсии, обладающих высокой атомной эффективностью, являются процессы гидролитического гидрирования до гекситов (сорбита маннита) гидрогенолиза гликолей (этилен- пропиленгликоля). Оба процесса проводятся гидротермальных условиях присутствии катализаторов, эффективность действия которых, данном случае, определяет целом. В обзоре рассмотрены наиболее интересные, с нашей точки зрения, каталитические системы конверсии гекситы гликоли, сведения о которых появились литературе за последние несколько лет. Cellulose is the most abundant biopolymer on Earth. This resource renewable, has no nutritional value for humans, and annually synthesized in nature a huge scale, capable of fully satisfying needs raw materials modern chemical fuel industry. Due to presence large number hydroxyl groups cellulose structure, one optimal options its conversion, which have high atomic efficiency, are processes hydrolytic hydrogenation hexitols (sorbitol mannitol) hydrogenolysis glycols (ethylene propylene glycol). Both carried out under hydrothermal conditions catalysts, effectiveness which, this case, determines efficiency process as whole. In review, we consider interesting, from our point view, catalytic systems conversion glycols, information about appeared literature over past few years.
